Payment & Order Confirmation

After you place the order, you will be redirected to a secured payment page. You can pay for your order with credit cards, as no card information is stored. Once a payment has been made successful, you will receive an automated confirmation email to the email address used at the time of purchase for the order. If this does not appear in your inbox, check your spam.

Change or Cancel Your Order

Please contact us as soon as possible after purchase if you wish to change or cancel your order. As majority of our orders are made to order, we will attempt to fulfil your request, dependent on when the query is raised and as long as the order is not in progress with the supplier.

Track Your Order

For any updates on your order’s shipment information, our customer service will send you emails to let you know where your order arrives
and when to arrive. Remember to check your emails regularly.

Create an Account

With a Perfect-Attire account, you are able to manage your orders, addresses and wishlists. Also, it will save you from filling the
billing and shipping information the next time you purchase from us. To create an account, only a user name and password are needed.

Change Your Account

If you want to change your username, email address, password and address information, just login to your account.

Forgot Your Password

Under this circumstance, you only need to click “Forgot Your Password?” link and you will be redirected to reset it.

Shipping Method & Cost

We offer numerous Shipping Methods as listed below. The cost to ship items from each product category within the contiguous U.S. varies by
item, shipment and shipping option. An Estimated Shipping Time is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, the
shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Please note Shipping Time does not include processing time or any delays caused by courier service and any religious occasions such as Chinese New Year.

Processing Timing

Your orders will need 1-3 working days to process and shipping will need 7-10 working days.

We hope you love everything you buy from, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order(s),
we will accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn or
altered.Just return your item(s) to us within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels and notify our customer service. Your refund will be issued within 7-14 working days
from the date we receive your returned item(s). However, as we are based in China, all deals are international. For all credit card refunds,
it will take about 2 weeks to 3 weeks for the banking society to debit your account with the funds.

Faulty Orders

If the goods we sent you are faulty, you may return them to exchange or get a refund. Returns request should be submitted within 7 days
from the date you received the order(s). Perfect-Attire will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect goods from Perfect-Attire, please return to Perfect-Attire within a 7 day transition period and we will arrange for a replacement. Perfect-Attire will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Returning Bundle or Promotional Discount Items

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything � not
to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.

Special/Customised Orders

Special, Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable. Perfect Attire do not sell many customised goods which requires an order to be placed directly with the manufacturer or distributor.
Customised items are goods where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, color, size) or which a supplier manufactures made to order.

Final Sale Orders and Other Unreturned Orders

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Other unaccepted returns:

  1. A package is broken during shipping, but items are good (We will compensate you relevant losses).
  2. Items are broken after using (Can be repaired, charges will be covered by you).
  3. Items have been washed, worn or altered.
  4. You received the items more than 7 days.

Returns With Missing Packaging or Accessories

If you do not have all the original packaging or accessories, we will process a return with a deduction on
your refund for what is missing.

4 Steps to return an online purchase by mail:

    1. Contact customer services regarding your returns request (Must contact before returning).
    2. Pack your item(s) in the original shipping package, if possible.
    3. Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Send the item(s) to the address confirmed by our customer services.
